Did "Edge Insights for Industrial 2.2.1" supports 10th generation Xeon core ?

Hi, I have a CPU

" Intel® Xeon® W-1290P Processor "

with mother board

" Asrockind's  IMB-1313 "

with a 16Gb RAM plus another 8Gb RAM (all using Kingston)

and a HDD of 1TB

OS : Ubuntu 18.04

When I try to install  " Edge Insights for Industrial 2.2.1 "

For the " Rotor Bearing Defect Detector " module

I do follow the steps at this link

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/rotor-bearing-defect-detector.html

How ever I have met  failures at building the docker image.

The problem seems to be associated to the pip tool's version?

the output of the log is attached.

Since there are only  3 kinds of package( 6th, 7th, 8th gen~ core), I suspected that this may due to the unsupported 10th generation core of this CPU  " Intel® Xeon® W-1290P Processor ".

HI @J-N-ch

Seems like you failed to download the OpenVINO, did you give the download link of openVINO while installing ?

Yes, I did.

I failed to  "install" OpenVINO, not "download".

For downloading OpenVINO, I think it is works fine in downloading OpenVINO.

the problems seems to be happening when trying to install the OpenVINO in the docker.
