Hi yahanda,

Apologies for the delay in our response, I moved your post to the Edge Software Hub forum as it was originally posted on the OpenVINO forum.

Could you tell me more about your system? Does it meet the Target System Requirements? From the installation error, it seems it cannot find a Graphics driver.

cat: /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_capabilities: No such file or directory

Regards,

Jesus

Hello Jesus,

Thank you for the response. It may be because I was trying to install it on Azure VM. Will try on a physical machine.

Thanks,
Yasuhiro

Hi Jesus,

By installing on a physical machine, the graphics driver error disappeared and "Smart Video and AI workload Reference Implementation" was installed successfully, but OpenVINO installation was still failed. Did I miss something? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Yasuhiro,

I don't believe this Reference Implementation has been validated on Azure VM. Please let me know if you run into any issues on a physical machine.

Hi Jesus,

By installing on a physical machine, the graphics driver error disappeared and "Smart Video and AI workload Reference Implementation" was installed successfully, but OpenVINO installation was still failed. Did I miss something? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jesus,

By installing on a physical machine, the graphics driver error disappeared and "Smart Video and AI workload Reference Implementation" was installed successfully, but OpenVINO installation was still failed. Did I miss something? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Yasuhiro
