I need the following parameters for analysis that I'm performing for my application of the EN6337QA device. More specifically I'm after information regarding their worst case range at 25C and over the rated temperature range.
- Output inductor inductance and DCR
- Upper and lower FET Rdson
- Switching Frequency
- Over current trip level
Switching frequency and over current trip level are specified in the datasheet as typical but no variation is provided.

Here are the required information, please consider +/-20% variation from the below values
- Output inductor inductance (500nH) and DCR (25mOhm)
- Upper (28mOhm) and lower (12mOhm) FET Rdson
- Switching Frequency 2MHz
- Over current trip level 5A
