can we give 3.3V to VCCIO3V (3.00V) Pins?

We are generating 3.3V in our board for some other use so can we connect 3.3V to VCCIO3V (3.00V) Pins inintel S10 GX devices???

I'm apologize for my mistake (I will delete the previous reply to avoid confusion).

Therefore, the recommended operation conditions VCCIO3V:

• Minimum: 2.85 V
• Typical: 3.00 V
• Maximum: 3.15 V

In Intel Stratix 10 GX Dev kit, we are using step-down DC-DC switching converter (EN5319QI) in order to switch 3.3 to 3V.
