ESW-DS-FIX Only support DS and Not DS-5

Here is the problem

 

Base on that, I guess the ESW-DS-FIX license only works for DS.  Not for DS-5.
 
Question :
Can you help to find out what part number we should use to get license for DS-5 ?
 
Any help is appreciated
