I have purchased the Intel Cyclone 10GX FPGA Development Kit. The document that came with the kit indicates the license is free for the Quartus Prime Pro Edition and no file is required.
I have downloaded the software from Intel website and installed it. Bringing up the software, it give me the following the message,
"Info(292034): Thank you for installing the Quartus Prime software - the #1 in performance and productivity. To upgrade to a full featured edition, please https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable.html."
I have tried the above link and went to "Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center".
I have tried the live assistant but could not proceed.
Please let me know how to proceed with licensing installation
Thanks,
Ali

Hi
Upon checking with customer service team, DK-DEV-10CX220-A do not come with any license. You can use Quartus Lite Edition which no license is required or can request Quartus® II Software SW-QUARTUS-WE-FIX Evaluation or Free license in SSLC.
Here’s the steps:
1. Login to https://licensing.intel.com/
2. Go to Sign up for Evaluation or Free licenses
3. Select Intel® Quartus® II Software SW-QUARTUS-WE-FIX
4. # of Seats is always 1 for Quartus Web Edition
5. Check the T&C box
6. Click Get License button
a. Check the option product “Intel FPGA Software SII-NONVOLENCRYP”
b. Add New Computer or Assign an Existing computer
7. Add the required fields
8. Click Generate License
You will be taken to the Licensing page, and you should be able to receive the email with license attached
If you need Quartus Pro or Standard Edition, can purchase thru distributor. Please find the contact for our sales and distributor near you from link below:

Getting a Quartus license seems like it might be difficult. (Company purchase orders are a hassle.)
Maybe I could just use my American Express Card.
How much is a single seat?
