The documents that came with my Cyclone V GT FPGA Development Kit states that the one-year, nonrenewable development kit license for Quartus Prime software can be downloaded at www.altera.com/download/dnl-index.jsp or at www.altera.com/download/licensing/lic-index.html but those addresses just redirect me to a FPGA product homepage. So how do I get the license?
