How to fix intel extreme utility? it was working fine but today when i booted my laptop when i start XTU nothing happens don't show any error of some kind

int I5-8300h
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1650
RAM : 8GB
Win: 10 64x
It was working fine few days ago (so i guess its supported) and saw other guys on youtube undervolt fine with same rigs, don't think its my laptops spec problem
