I have received Delivery confirmation with license activation codes for both products from email@example.com.
When I try to access the licensing centre I get the message "You may have been logged out or you do not have the necessary permissions to access this page."
I have cleared browser cache and opened new browser but still get the same result. I have tried this using Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers with same result.
