I signed in My Intel and accessed "Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center".
There was the following description, but I have not received the email yet.
After that, I cannot enter the "Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center".

Welcome to Intel forum. Could you help clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files (if possible, shutdown your PC and restart back) and sign back to SSLC (https://licensing.intel.com/eval-free-licenses ) using Google chrome and see how things go.

I cleared all the browsing history data(including cache) in my web browser(Google chrome), then shut down and restarted my PC.
After that, I tried to sign in to SSLC, but I couldn't sign in as before.

The image when accessing the URL of the received email is SSLC_20.png.

When I access the email URL I received, the SSLC_30.png image is displayed,
and after a few seconds it automatically switches to the SSLC_31.png image and I can't go any further.
Is google chrome's privacy and security settings affecting anything?

Finally I was able to enter SSLC.

The following is the process of operation.
1.Access the instructed URL (https://licensing.intel.com/). → SSLC_40.png
2.Sign in. → SSLC_41.png
3.Click the "Next: Verify" button. → SSLC_42.png
4.Received an email a few minutes later (garbled characters and unknown content). → SSLC_43.png
5.Click "Intel FPGA Self Service Licensing Center" from "My Tools". → SSLC_44.png
6.Click "Complete registration". → SSLC_45.png
7.Click "Intel FPGA Self Service Licensing Center" from "My Tools" again. → SSLC_46.png
