I cannot enter the "Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center".

I signed in My Intel and accessed "Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center".
There was the following description, but I have not received the email yet.
After that, I cannot enter the "Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center".

thanks for your message. Indeed, i also think it is kind of intel side problem. And I totally agree, that it is absolute non-sense to set up this license creation process for the free version of questa. I downgraded atm to an older version, to at least start working. Hope the intel support will also reply here and can provide some help

 

@AR_A_Intel would you please check if there is any issue on my account, since i don't receive any email. I tried with Firefox, Firefox with cleared cache and cookies, Firefox private Window and Google Chrome. Never received an email.

Hello together,

I experience also the same issue. Tried with various browser, private browser tab, clear cookies, ...

Nothing works. It seems like the website is not correctly loading the forms where information has to be written in. I also don't get an confirmation e-mail with next steps for license generation.

Hello AR_A_Intel,

I am having the exact same issue as MaximilianSg (and others).
I have gone through the exact same steps as MaximilianSg, with the
same results.

Can you please fix my login as well so that I am able to generate
a free Questa license?

Hello AR_A_Intel,

3 minutes after your post I received the "Welcome To PSG Licensing"
e-mail, and I can now log into the licensing web site. I believe that
the issue is resolved (will post here again if I encounter more issues).

for myself it seems not be fixed. I tried again with the registration process. I still don't receive an e-mail.

@Jim9 Did you wrote a private message? Or just tried again?

Hello @MaximilianSg,

All that happened was, I noticed that 3 minutes after @AR_A_Intel sent
the message requesting the PM, I received the "Welcome To PSG Licensing"
e-mail, so I tried again and this time it worked. I did NOT send any
PM's to @AR_A_Intel.

I did not do anything different from the previous attempt when it did
not work, the only difference that I can see is the arrival of the
"Welcome To PSG Licensing" email. My suggestion is to continue to
push for whatever @AR_A_Intel has to do to get that email to appear
in your inbox.

P.S. Fully confirmed now, I am able to log into the licensing web site and
generate a free license.

I don't get any confirm e-mail after submitted the request to self-service license center - https://licensing.intel.com/ for almost a week and I try a few times everyday. this is so frustrating and shame to intel. i am blocked from proceeding with questa fpga software to use.. I don't know what to do
