IPS access denied

Hi,

 

I created an account to be able to access IPS and it showed waiting for approval for about a week only to change to rejected without any explanation.

We are (our company) new to Intel FPGA world and we already need access to IPS to report a bug on IP that we are using.

Please, advice.
