Dear Sr/Madam
I need a licence for Questasim Free for my school assignment. When I tried to login I always get this following error, how can I resolve this error please.
Below is the error.
AADSTS90072: User account 'luca.drago.f32341@mcast.edu.mt' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/255bebb6-afe8-4d45-acc9-dc7ddc9479fe/' does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corporation' and cannot access the application 'a4bf2acc-2f07-4b69-9256-220f57a7a43d'(B2B_MFA_Reset_35879) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Are you able to successfully login before?
You may try below troubleshooting first.
- Clear your browser cache
- Restart browser
- Restart your computer PC
Then login into your Intel account and see if the issue persists.
If the login issue still persists, you may consider filing a ticket regarding your login issue.
