Hi,
We do have a cyclone IV project, where IP_compiler for PCI Express IP component is used in the project. Since project is created long back with Quartus II 64-Bit Version 11.1 and now it is discontinued, We installed Quartus II 13.0 service pack.
When we open the our project with 13.0 tool, we can edit the other IP components used in the project like ALT_PLL, but we cannot open IP_compiler for PCI Express.
We wanted to know the configuration done in IP_compiler for PCI Express.
Could you please let us know why we are not able to edit in parameter editor.
Thank you
Poornima

Hi,
Do you see any error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error. What is the IP name used in the design?
Thanks
