Hi,
I am trying to obtain a license for Quartus and Questra for class. I have an Intel account, with my school email, from some months ago but I uninstalled Quartus recently because we're switching from ModelSim to Questra and I figured just starting over would be easiest. I successfully installed the programs, but now I am trying to obtain a license at the link provided to me https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html, but when I go to this link while signed in with my Intel account, I am redirected to this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner-alliance/access-denied.html?source=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.intel.com%2Fcontent%2Fwww%2Fus%2Fen%2Fpartner-alliance%2Foverview.html&redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.intel.com%2Fcontent%2Fwww%2Fus%2Fen%2Fsecure%2Fpartner-alliance%2Foverview.html and from there I cannot move forward with getting a license because when I click the "complete registration" hyperlink on that page, it simply redirects me to that same page. I have checked my personal and school email for anything from Intel (including spam) and I have found nothing.
Any help would be appreciated thank you
EDIT: I should have mentioned this when I wrote my original question, but I contacted Intel Customer Support (the other hyperlink on the page I get redirected to), and after I explained my situation to them, they told me to submit my question on the forums so that was the only help I got from Intel Customer Support

Hello
Welcome to Intel forum. Could you(@bsnow1400,@pneumo) help clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files (if possible, shutdown your PC and restart back) and sign back to SSLC (https://licensing.intel.com/eval-free-licenses) using Google chrome and see how things go.
Else, if still facing error. Kindly advise the following for further checking.
