Max Plus II Licensing Issue

I have tried several times to obtain a license for the legacy Max Plus II software. Each time I get the proper "license will be sent by email" response but nothing ever shows up in my email. Is licensing for this legacy software still available?

sometime it may take more than 24 hours to respond back with license file so I would like to request you wait for while & if you did not receive then please let me know.

I have used that link several times to make my license request. Each time I get the following message – MAX+PLUS II Software Licensing Request Completed [https://www.intel.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_US/images/support/licensing/free_software/images/step3.gif] Thank you for choosing the MAX+PLUS II BASELINE development software. A license file enabling your free MAX+PLUS II BASELINE software will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. But I never receive the license file. I have tried this several times in the last week or so. Thank you.

The issue has not been resolved. Attempted several more times to obtain license via the correct link. Still no license file received. Thank you.
