Need help with "Questa*-Intel® FPGA Starter Edition" license

Hi,

Just downloaded and installed "Questa*-Intel® FPGA Starter Edition" and got the license file but i get following result:

I generated the license with following info:

 

And defined the system variable:

Tried it with and without % around the Questa_License.dat wits same result...

What i did wrong?

Create an environment variable of LM_LICENSE_FILE instead pointing to the .dat file.  I don't know why the instructions say to do SALT since it never works.
