Not Receiving Software License in Email

I have been generating the Questa License which was supposed to be sent to my email but I have not been receiving the license. Please send the license to me ASAP as I need it for my mandatory lab this week.

Apologize for the delay.

Have you check your spam folder? Also you may also read FAQS from SSLC:

3. Why hasn't my license file arrived by email yet?

Although most license files are sent within a few minutes of being requested, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive a license file after making the request. You will not receive the license file if the email address is incorrect. To view and generate your current license, go to SSLC and select Licenses > All Licenses from the menu bar.
