Hello Intel. I am a student who wants to use Quartus® Prime Design Software Lite. I currently have two problems:
- I'm experiencing internet issues when attempting to download.
- I'm not receiving the license email.
How can I resolve these issues?

My guess is your firewall might be blocking the download.
Go to "Settings" at the bottom left corner and test your internet connection.
You may checkout this user guide on how to configure the proxy setting.
