Questa unable to fetch the license

We have installed the Questa sim FPGA starter edition and generated the license file. Also, set the environment variables as per the Installation guide document, but still unable to get the license.

Welcome to Intel forum. Any error messages/screenshot of error message?  Could you help to reconfirm the license setup again.
