Hello, I have some questions about changing the NIC ID of an Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition SW-QUARTUS-SE-FLT license type PC. If the "Available Rehost" number is zero, do I have to buy another license? The license currently only has 1 "Available Rehost", so we can only change the primary PC one more time, right? What about adding new seats to the floating license, if it is perpetual will we have an expiration date? in other words, would we lose the perpetual license by adding another seat?
Hopeful Regards,
Mario

Check this link https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-FPGA-Software-Installation/Available-Rehost-limit/m-p/691221
If you want to reset rehost please provide the following (can provide via private mail):
- Email address
- If have multiple license tied to the account. specify which 2) license file
What about adding new seats to the floating license, if it is perpetual will we have an expiration date? in other words, would we lose the perpetual license by adding another seat?
Check this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683472/24-3/adding-floating-seats.html
It'll only affect its maintenance expiration date.
Thanks,
Regards,
Sheng

Hi,
I would like to clarify a question regarding the rehost reset. If I have already performed this procedure three times, will there be any additional cost, or is it still free of charge? I apologize for asking so many questions, but I want to avoid unnecessary expenses for the company.
Additionally, in the link you sent, I tried to find the section to request the rehost reset, but I couldn't locate it. The site indicated that I should look for "Contact Customer Service," but I couldn't find this option. Could you please inform me where exactly I should access this section?
Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Mario

Hello,
Thank you very much for your response and the time you took to address my questions. I would just like to know which email address I should send the information to in order to reset the rehost. I searched your page and could not find any email address. Where should I send the information for the reset?
Sincerely, Mario
