Hello,

My name is Luca Crocetti and I am an assistant professor at the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Pisa. Me and my reserach team would need the IEEE-1735 Encryption Public Key for encrypting our IPs.

Actually, we are using the version 17.1 of Quartus, Standard Edition.

Thanks,
Luca.

Note that the Quartus Prime Standard Edition software does not support IEEE 1735 encryption. You will need to use Quartus Pro.

From Quartus Pro version 19.3 onwards, the public key is shipped as part of the Quartus install in <installation directory/quartus/common/misc/public_keys directory.

You may find public key there.

Regards,

Richard Tan
