Silent install Quartus lite with Questa license

How do you install quartus lite with the new quests with a license for questa?

Is there a license server? I cannot find anything about it on Intel website.

That did not help as I need to install quartus with questa free version on multiple computers. I created a .dat file in the license manager website (floating license and 1000 seats) and used our Intel License server MAC as the NIC ID and opened the required ports.

I have LM_License_FILE set as c:\intelfpga\license.dat  in the environmental settings.

But still get unable to checkout a license....

How do I set it up so it connects to the server and gets a license
