The Qurtus Prime17.0 does not work over vpn

When I use my computer at home through VPN, the license is on the server in the company, The Qurtus Prime17.0 does not work, but the Qurtus 11.1 works,they both work at company without vpn.

What is the difference between the two versions? How can getthe Quartus 17.0 work?

Could you provide clear evidence like "screenshot of the error" whlle launching of the Quartus Prime 17.0 using VPN of your home network?
