There is no response for the Request to update the companion ID.

Hi,

I requested customer support in "Intel FPGA self licensing center" to update the companion ID. I didn't get any response and it's almost 2 weeks.

 

I always use the following link to change my companion ID and response used to come within 24 hours, but this time there is no response.

Type of Licensing Issue: I can't generate a companion or temporary license

 

Can anyone guide me for updating my companion ID?

Welcome to INTEL forum. To narrow down this issue. Can you provide your license.dat file and your PC NICID for checking? And for privacy, you can also reply/attach your file in private message.
