Can you try again to download the software from the pages and let me know if the error still persists for you.

I ended up linking through a Terasic link logging in to intel and the download worked. I just tried to login to intel.com with Chrome (Firefox and Explorer also) completely wiped of history and does not seem to be working. I am guessing there are some updates on your site that may be causing issues. Not going to spend any more time on it since the problem is solved for now.
