Unable to use licenses concurrently

We just generated a new license file to unify ownership within our organization. We recently added 2 permanent licenses for Ultra 10Gps Ethernet MAC FPGA IP.

Now we have multiple entries in our license file for this feature. However, we are unable to use these licenses concurrently, and must wait for the previous build to complete before starting a new one.

How do we get the license manager to allow checkout of >1 feature at a time?

Attached is the file that I downloaded from the Self Service Center.

After trolling through logs a bit, I found this:

Hi Sir The altera daemon using old version 11.13.1. Kindly upgrade the license daemon software on your PC to the newer version 11.16.2.1 The new daemon software can be downloaded from the website. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/licensing/daemons.html
