how can iinstal suport devices because i can't open a new projet without it it does not work

I assumed you are referring to the Quartus software.

Go to https://fpgasoftware.intel.com and download the device file that you needed based on the your current Quartus version. The file type is in .qdz e.g. cyclone10lp-19.1.0670.qdz.

 

In your machine, open Device Installer and it will prompt you for the .qdz file. Select the .qdz file and it will install the device in your Quartus. Restart your Quartus software and you should be able to select the device for your project.
