installing NIOS sw tool

Hello 

 

I have Quartus prime 24.1 installed on office server 

about Nios V SW developement , should we use RiscFree software ?  

Eclipse is no longer provided on Quartus installation ?

Yes moving forward the NiosV will be using the RiscFree IDE.

You could find the document related on adding project, compiling and debugging in the link below:

Yes moving forward the NiosV will be using the RiscFree IDE.
