Hi there,

 

what kind of special registers are inside the NIOS II (SoC) and what are they used for?

Are they different from a regular CPU special registers?

Hi, NIOS II is a soft core processor, while SoC is ARM based hard core processor. May I know which processor are you looking for?

Good, Can you please explain more your question? it is a very generic question for me. There are many purpose for registers like (status, control, id and etc) Can you please tell me what you are looking for?

I meant this which are used by ALU like flag, accumulator.
