Cannot access $PC2SW folder: Permission denied.

I tried to download example files which are under $PC2SW folder. However, it says permission denied to access $PC2SW. I have checked its value and it's the same as that in Harp Wiki. Could anyone please help me reset my account? Thanks. The account name is h2lfeng.
