Conflicting Versions of Quartus Prime Lite and Intel FPGA Monitor Program

Hello,

I'm trying to work with the Intel FPGA Monitor Program to make some baremetal programs for the Cyclone V chip (DE1-SoC board).  However, the Monitor Program only looks like it supports Quartus versions 21.1 and 18.1.  When I go to download these versions, the download link doesn't work (it stalls out and i get a "Connection Timed Out") error.  I've tried using the latest Quartus version available (23.1), but this results in errors in the Monitor Program.

Is there a recommended way to correct the version mismatch?  Should those download links work?

Hi,

The latest monitor program only until version 21.1. Make sure to use the compatible version. Can't use version 23.1 for it.

I'm able to download Quartus version 21.1 without any problem, have you try again? May be there's bad connection.
