Just wondering if there is any news about updates to the University Program now that Intel is spinning off Altera. We use Quartus and University Program software in a Linux lab and need to refresh our FPGA DE boards.
Right now we are using Quartus 18.1 because that's the last available download of the Linux-based Monitor Program. Are there any plans to update the University Program tools to more modern versions of Quartus and/or do I need to be concerned about the loss of Linux platform support for the classroom?
thanks.
