DE2_TV Decoder YUV HELP

Hi, 

 

I am trying to pull out the YUV data from the DE2_TV decoder example but I can't seem to find any details on exactly what kind of YUV data is outputted from the ITU-R 656 decoder. I am aware that it is a YUV 4:2:2 signal, but can't seem to find if it is planar or interlaced, and also the resolution of the data. My goal is to take the raw YUV data and convert it to either an mpg or avi file. Any help will be appreciated.
