DE2i-150 mPCIe header for eGPU

Hi I recently joined the University program I got a 1 Terasic DE2i-150 board and I wish to accelerate my program with NVIDIA Cuda Framework. Unfortunately the board isn't equipped with a PCIe lane (correct me if I am wrong but the only PCIe x16 lane was connected to the FPGA) for me to connect my NVIDIA GPU. So my question is, is it possible to use an external GPU solution (such as this http://www.hwtools.net/Adapter/PE4H.html) using the mPCIe header originally destined for the wireless module?

I have some concerns before actually buying the eGPU DIY kit as I am afraid the BIOS doesn't support such solution. I would appreciate any insights provided. Thank you.
