Hi,
I have been a professor teaching FPGA since 2002 using Altera/Intel tools. I lost my access to Intel because my university account email address changed, and the authentication process with Azure was faulty.
With the help of your department for login (case 06514509), I have been able to create a new login with my new university email address supported by Azure. Could you tell me how I can transfer my licenses to my new account (some expire in 2032) and renew the ones that have expired in 2023?
Please note that my previous email address (the one used for all my licenses up to the time I lost my access) was jpdavid@polymtl.ca
