hi,

May be i am stupid but i come with a new problem, using the Altera monitor program it is impossible for my student to dowload a program on the DE2_70 board, message is "unable to bind", however if i am logged as administrator all is working fine.

So what are the window's ressources which are used by this task?

What priveleges must be given to a normal user on which program?

Thanks for reply:

Yes i have a full licence for all involved stuff.

The problem is clearly linked to administrator privilege.

PC is running XP pro SP1.

I'm working with the board at the university and I've encountered some problems in general with opening projects created at other profiles. Maybe that's the case here. Let the students copy the projects onto their own profiles or maybe even Altera Monitor itself... It's just a guess :).

cheers,
