Intel donated a fixed Quartus Prime Pro license to my professor, and she added my name and email address to it.
But when I tried to create the license in "self service licensing center", it always shows "You do not have any products for which you can create a new license." (I already installed the Quartus Prime Pro 18.1 on my computer)
I thought maybe it is because the email address doesn't match (I used another email address to signup the intel account), then I used the same email address that my professor added to the license to signup another intel account, but I cannot even access the "self service licensing center" with this account, it says "Access Denied".
Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Or how can I get my license in this case?
