We are having some trouble with our outputs on LED'S- We are building a timing based device which computes the time taken by each player to press the KEY on the board(aka the buzzers in a game round)The LEDS Oscillate.

the basic design is a counter to keep track of time of each player and stop counting when one of the player pushes the key.The design works fine when both players press the key but if one player presses the key.The other LED oscillates
