2017.0.109 - file specific diagnostic disables lost

I am running some tests on the lasted compiler which I installed last night. It seems that when loading existing projects file specific options to ignore warnings are lost.  Also just an observation but of the many warnings that resulted from this I noted:

warning #6473: Fortran 2008 does not allow boz constant in this context.   [Z'3021']

It might be helpful if the DEFTOFD tool created standard compliant code e.g. int(Z'3021')
