Adding VS2008 to an existing VS2005/IVF installation

If I install IVF11 on my VS2005 setup, then later want to add VS2008, how do I get IVF to integrate with VS2008 - preferably without upsetting the VS2005 integration? Do I need to install IVF again? Will it create a complete 2nd installation, or is there some way to just get VS2008 integrated with the existing IVF installation?

You can run the install again - it will just add the VS2008 integration. It may bring up the "modify" option in which case you can simply tell it to add the VS2008 integration. The 05 integration won't be affected.
