Automated builds in Visual Fortran 6.6

Anyone have experience creating automated builds using Visual Fortran 6.6? Not only am I trying to automate the build process, but I would like to automate the building of workspaces and projects based on existing fortran code. I have around 100 old fortran projects that I would like to create a VF workspace and project for each one with a specific set of Fortran settings. Any help is greatly appreciated.
