Can all files in Intel\\Download\\... be deleted?

My virus scan takes forever to get thru the "\\\\Program Files (x86)\\\\Intel\\\\Download" directory because of the 9GB of (mostly .cab) files that have built up there going back to IVF 9. Can I clean ALLthese files out of that directory without affecting my IVF (11 and 12) installs? I have already squirreled away the original .exe install files downloaded from theRegistration Center.

Yes, you can. Version 12, by default, deletes those files after install unless you uncheck the box that appears when you first run the installer.
