We are licensed for version 11, but a software package we support requires 10.0. We no longer have it available (we have 10.1 but I can't get this package to work with it--apparently 10.1 tries to do an IPO in libraries compiled with the older version, and in at least some cases it ICEs). Can we get 10.0 somewhere?

There's no requirement that you have downloaded 10.0 earlier. If you need help using the Registration Center, please use the Registration Center help tool to request support.

Thanks very much, but I've never personally registered or downloaded 10.0 so only 10.1 and 11.0 show up in my list. It won't accept our serial number (or what I think is our serial number) for the current product. How can we get a version we didn't download earlier? It should still be covered under our license, since it's older than our current license allows.
