Cannot view Project Properties

I installed IVF 10.0.026 with integrations in VS 2005 Pro.

Now, whether I open up an existing project or create a new project I am unable to view the project properties under the Project menu in the VS IDE. I can compile and link just fine (as long as I don't need to link to other libraries that would require me to modify the project properties.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling IVF 10.0.026 and even went as far as completely unstalling and reinstalling VS 2005 Pro.

It also seems my system is not recognizing Fortran related files with IVF. For example, if I look at the properties of a *.F file or a *.vfproj file it says "Opens with: Unknown application"

I have never had this kind of problem before and coworkers have installed IVF 10.0.026 on their systems under VS 2005 Pro without any problems. Any suggestions?

I haven't seen this symptom before. If you do Help..About inVisual Studio, is the Intel Fortran Compiler Integration listed as an "installed product"? I'd suggest contacting Intel Premier Support for help with this.

Yes, the Intel Compiler Integration is listed and Intel Fortran shows up under Tools...Options. I can compile, link and run applications, I just can't view the project properties (which means I can't make new projects that rely on MKL libraries for example).

I have submitted a request to Premier Support. They said they haven't seen this either.

I'm suspecting it could be a spyware/virus issue messing with my file associations but I haven't seen any other symptoms with other applications. I'll scan my system and see what comes up.

I have the same configuration on another PC and it is working without any problems.

Here's what I would try next. Uninstall the Intel integrations. If you have not already installed VS2005 SP1, download that from microsoft.com and install it. If you have SP1, then in Add/Remove Programs, do a Change on VS2005 and then "Reinstall/Repair" of Visual Studio. Reinstall the Intel integrations.
