Compatibility: WIN_64, IVF_64, MKL 8.1 and VS 2003

Is VS 2003 compatible with Win_64 platforms (using IVF_64)? If not, what about VS 2005 and what are the issues with this?

VS 2003 does not support x64. VS 2005 does and Intel Fortran supports 64-bit development in VS 2005 on x64.
