I've been using intel compilers for a number of years, but I have recently just purchased the new version 11 of both the fortran and C++ compilers for both Linux and Mac OS X. The code we use is rather large, which is why I have not attahced it - it contains a mixture of C and f90, though it is predominantly written in Fortran. While the code compiles okay, we find that it keeps crashing when we attempt to use the C parts of the code. I should point out that this has all been thoroughly tested with the version 10 intel compilers. Can you please shed some light on whether there have been some changes made in version 11, which may affect the interoperability of C and F90, or whether there are some specific compiler flags that need to be used with Version 11 ?? If necessary, I can try and extract a small portion of our code to demonstrate the problem.

We don't know of any such incompatibilities. A test case would be welcomed.
