Convert fortran project file failed?

I am testing a big solution file with intel compiler with visual c++ .net. I succeed to convert all .vcproj files to .icproj files.

I also can extract the first fortran project file by right click the project file and choose "extract compaq fortran project files", but when I try to extract other fortran project files, the following errors happened:

The attempt to convert the fortran project file failed. The project file(.dsp) has not been converted.

But obviously the .dsp files already converted to vcproj formats.

The following is the information about my compilers.

Intel C++ Compiler Integration for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003, Version 8.1.491.2003, Copyright (C) 2002-2004 Intel Corporation.
