Corrupt setup file

Hi, we bought intel visual fortran compiler 9.1 standard for windows, a while ago, we now want to install the compiler but the setup throws an error " the contents of this file cannot be unpacked.The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. please obtain another copy of this file, verify its integrity, and try again." Where can I get new files.
