!DEC$ OBJCOMMENT LIB: "shell32.lib"

!DEC$ OBJCOMMENT LIB: "shell32.lib" can be found in the shell32.mod which is referenced thru ifwin. If I have a routine with 'use ifwin' is there a problem with placing a duplicate !DEC$ OBJCOMMENT LIB: "shell32.lib" in the routine?

There does not appear to be a problem, but just want to make sure. Thanks for any comments.
